O Allah, save Ayyash, save Hisham, save the mustad'afin, and send your punishment upon the Quraysh.
A du'a qunut made after the Prophet ﷺ's own emigration to Madinah, for those still oppressed in Makkah.
After the Prophet ﷺ had emigrated to Madinah, two Muslims were still held prisoner in Makkah. They were Ayyash ibn Abi Rabi'ah and Hisham ibn al-As, whom the Quraysh had thrown into a dungeon. The Prophet ﷺ prayed for them and kept asking the Muslims who would volunteer to rescue them. Going into Makkah meant walking into the lion's den, so few were eager to go. Finally Al-Walid ibn al-Walid, the older brother of Khalid ibn al-Walid, volunteered. He travelled to Makkah and entered the city in the middle of the night. He found the dungeon, broke into it and cut the two men's bonds. Then he brought both of them safely back to Madinah.

Who will volunteer to save Ayyash? Who will volunteer to save Hisham?
Repeated by the Prophet ﷺ after his own emigration to Madinah, as he appealed for a volunteer to travel back into Makkah and rescue the two captives.
I will do it, O Messenger of Allah ﷺ!
